Job Requirements
• Graduates from any disciplines
• Keen interest in pursuing a career in supply chain management
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English

• Flexible with locations
Management Trainee Programme
This is a 3-year programme designed for all university graduates.
The suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development
programme throughout the programme period.
Familiarisation Training
A one-month familiarization training will be arranged for the management
trainees to help them get a full picture of the company’s operation and
teams’ functions.
Job-rotation
The management trainee will be assigned to a specific job for one year
in a designated department and rotated to another in the 2nd and 3rd year
until their graduation. The designated departments include Business
Development, Freight Management, Logistics Operations, Air Operations,
Sea Operations.
With this arrangement, the management trainees can widen their activities
and be provided the opportunities for them to learn diversity of skills
required to take up key position at the Company.
