looking for a big challenge and target to success in life. Work smart and play
hard is necessary.
The basic criteria you need to have :
-College degree, mass communication and marketing related degree is preferred
-Strong communication skill -Big potential for dynamic leadership skill
the ability to inspire and motivate, have the passion to win -Analytical
skill
the ability to draw conclusion, implications and recommendations
-Creative skill
the ability to generate, pursue and express great ideas.
