Bloodshed Dev-C++,看了一下，感觉不错，界面
很漂亮，很友好的编译过程，还有个简单的安装程序
制作工具。 GPL的。
前一个上机的人留下的，看了一下，感觉很好的。
用的是Gcc,gdb那套。可惜只有安装好的文件，
没的原始的setup.不知哪有？（除了www.bloodshed.net)

* What is Dev-C++ ?
Dev-C++ is a full-featured integrated development environment (IDE), which i
s able to create Windows or dos-based C/C++ programs using the Mingw compile
r system (included with this package), or the Cygwin compiler.

Dev-C++ is distributed under the GNU General Public License (see Copying.txt
). It is freely distributable.
* Installing :
Be sure to uninstall any previous version of Dev-C++ before installing.
Run Setup.exe and follow the instruction.
if you are missing WININET.DLL on your Windows 95 system, you can downl
oad it at: http://www.rocketdownload.com/supfiles.htm
* Help
You will find help in the Help menu of Dev-C++. There are some help files fo
r you to learn how to use it. If you encounter problem, you can take a look
at the Dev-C++ about box.
