xig.com每出一个patch都有分别用于4.1和4.1.2的.
Yes, I installed all of the update files for 4.1 version.
D4100.006.tar.gz contains the driver for SIS6326.
But What I want to know is if anyone has succeful
experience about configure SIS6326. I think I made the
correct configuration when I run Xsetup.text. But I still
cannot get the correct display including the cool starting
X logo of AX.
要先装D4100.jumbo.tar.gz,
(ftp://ftp.xig.com/pub/updates/accelx/desktop/4.1/D4100.jumbo.tar.gz)
然后再装D4100.006.tar.gz,其他的可以不装。
具体步骤是：
unix-prompt> cd /usr/X11R6/lib/X11
unix-prompt> tar xvzf D4100.jumbo.tar.gz
unix-prompt> rm AcceleratedX/boards/.Xaccel.cache
unix-prompt> rm AcceleratedX/monitors/.Xaccel.cache
unix-prompt> tar xvzf D4100.006.tar.gz
然后就可以运行Xsetup选择Sis 6326 (2M/4M)进行设置了。
注意启动前要运行gpm -k.
我在slackware 3.5下安装一切顺利。X启动正常。
在Redhat5.1下装时，X启动时说/etc/X11/X有个什么错误。
我把/usr/X11R6/Xaccel连接到/etc/X11/X，再启动就好了。
