贴一个参考吧，虽然没有解决。
GPG signatures for xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz
This page lists all GPG signatures we have collected for this file. To check
the integrity of xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz, you need the public key of whoever
made the signature. Those keys can usually be found on key servers, like
keyserver.net. They will let you search keys by name, email address or key
ID.
Once you have that key imported in GnuPG, there are 2 ways to check the
signature:
1. use your mouse to highlight the signature (everything including
"-----BEGIN" ... "-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----") then type
gpg --verify - xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz, copy&paste the signature and
press Ctrl+D. GnuPG should now tell you that thesig is ok.
2. if that's too much klicking, you can download the signature (using
the "download this signature" link), store it in the same directory that
you stored xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz in, and use this command to check:
gpg --verify xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz.asc xine-lib-1-rc4.tar.gz
