Friday announced the release of TAME(R) version 4.0.

TAME(R) version 4.0 uses an interpretive language that is Unix and Windows NT
compatible and has the economic effect of reducing bandwidth requirements and
saving up to 50 percent coding time compared to Microsoft (Nasdaq:MFST) Active
Server Pages(R) (ASP).
In addition, XML is embedded in the language, reducing the time required to

Sinclair continued, "First released to the public today, version 4.0 simplifies
the whole approach to Web development and Web infrastructure development over
existing Microsoft solutions, while maintaining its compatibility through links
to Java(R) and JavaScript(R).

VirtualSellers.com's new TAME(R) programming language, which includes a dynamic
Web page engine, provides Web access to databases giving developers the ability
to create solutions that can be deployed on all operating systems (OS) and
server environments resolving the common problems associated with many of today'
s non-XML browsers.
Many Internet and software solutions providers develop solutions in proprietary
environments such as Microsoft's ASP, as a way of connecting to the variety of
databases to create dynamic Web content.
In exchange for the luxury of developing in Microsoft's ASP environment, the
developer is forced to deploy the application in a Windows NT server
environment even though previous applications may have been deployed in a Unix
environment.
Many organizations are making a dangerous assumption when deploying an
application in an environment designed for a specific operating system. Any
assumption that the OS will allow for future scalability in tune with overall
industry progress, may prove to be quite costly. Frequently, if a change in
technology prompts a change in OS, the applications will often need to be
re-engineered.
According to Scott Lopes, Enterprise Application Development Manger of
