能工作的DNS至少能从它自己的IP得到他的名字, 估计你没有设好bind.
如202.38.64.1, 需要有以下两类记录, 其中前一个很容易遗漏.
1.64.38.202.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR hpe25.nic.ustc.edu.cn
hpe25.nic.ustc.edu.cn. IN A 202.38.64.
