What does the "Obsolete PDB" message from the Symbol Loader mean?
This means that the PDB file being translated, and the PDB Interface
that the Loader is using do not match. This usually happens when a
user has more than one MS compiler installed on their machine. For
example, if a PDB is built with VC++ version 4.2, but Loader32 sees
the MSPDB50.dll in the path, this message will appear. The solution to
this problem is to make sure that the proper MSPDBXX.dll is available
to Loader32.
