呵呵，个人面试经验很少，这里就没有什么案例可以写的。讲讲汇丰IT的offer一些
心得。由于不喜欢做技术民工所以汇丰IT得一次招聘就没有投简历。不过人生实在无奈
，喜欢的工作往往没办法去做，最后没办法只能做回老本行。
第一步：填写招聘表格
汇丰IT的表格是全英文的，为了增加被录取的可能性，我就找了channel_z,dazhutou
,guoguo的申请表格，这几位都是成功获得Itoffer的朋友，在这里特此鸣谢。
第二步：参加笔试
正如以前XDJM们介绍的那样，笔试是三部分，全部SHL题目，在这里我就不仔细说咯
，有一个小窍门的是：外企一般都是用SHL的题目，做多了就会觉得容易，没事找些公务
员的试题先练练也是不错的哦。
第三步：面试
正如前面所述，做好准备是成功的关键，job版上有很多关于汇丰IT的面试经验，大
家随便翻翻可以看到的。
从那些兄弟姐妹的面经知道，公司需要的是什么样的人。
1English Communication英语沟通能力
2Solution to Problems解决问题能力
3Technology knowledge系统设计基本知识
4Project Planning and Control项目策划
5Interpersonal and Emotional人际关系和情绪问题
6Self-Motivation主动性
这些就是我应该在面试的时候展现给HR知道的咚咚，当然，不是直接的说，I have
these abilities and hire me！要举些你个人的经历来说明才行，
例如，in the interview
the first question to me is what about your English?and I said I think my
English is no bad,I have passed the CET6 and my shirttail sister who born
in Canada regularity get in touch with her.she could not speak Chinese so we
talk in English.呵呵 事例证明论点，这样才能让hr信服。这里有点个人体会就是
：英语口语不好的人，就象我，不用怕，中国没有几个真正口语好的，只要把自己的想法
表达出来就好。
除了找到公司需要什么样的人，还应该了解这个职位相应的知识。通过以前的面经大
概可以猜到hr喜欢问什么样的问题，先把可能的答案写下来，然后用自己的话说出来。
Career plan这个问题经常被人问到，还有的一个问题，对于双学位的我们，经常被
人问到：why you study another major？之后就会问，如do you have some
experiencesabout......？
在这里引用一下P&G八大经典问题：
1. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a
high/demanding goal and saw it through completion.
2. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going
on an important task or issue, and played a leading role to achieve the result
you wanted.
3. Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant information,
define key issues and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results
4. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the
agreement of others.
5. Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish
an important result.
6. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a
significant contribution to the success of an activity of project.
7. Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good
results by focusing on the most important priorities.
8. Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted
themto practical application.
呵呵，总之一句话，多准备，多练习，多实战，最后肯定可以拿到好offer。还有一
句经典的口头语，对那些信心缺乏者有用：工作肯定有的，不用担心，心态最重要！
